Natural Fertility Treatments to Avoid Invasive Infertility Treatment and Get Pregnant

Woman with PCOS and No Cycle Finds Results

by Hethir Rodriguez, B.S., M.H., C.M.T.

Here is a personal success story we received from Marisa, one of our clients…

For the past 8 years I have menstruated twice at the most each year. I have also not been able to get pregnant and the once time that I did, which was two years ago and 8 months, I miscarried. This has been a stressful time for my husband and I. Knowing that without a healthy reproductive system it would be rare if we conceived. Not wanting to get on medication I started searching for a natural approach and that lead me to this website. I purchased the PCOS kit and the Fertility Cleanse kit and for the first time in 8 years I have had a period 3 times in a row. This has been wonderful news and is the first step we have needed into preparing to have a baby.

Once I started taking your products I noticed a difference right away. With in one month I started to menstruate. The pain that I commonly had in my lower left and right sides was beginning to fade.

I love that your products are natural and give results. I have never wanted to get on medication because of side affects and the harshness they can have on your body. I felt like I was being forced to choose weather to get on harsh medications and have a baby or no baby. Your products have provided me a way to make a decision that is healthy for me and a baby.

I was surprised that I had a period. I mean I am 27 years old, it was not normal for me to have one or two periods a year.

I was amazed that this natural product gave results that I could feel and see in such a small amount of time. I mean I was not expecting this at all.

I think people should know that these products are offered with the person offering them having a clear understanding of what your body needs based off of what is happening to it. I mean that’s important, going to a doctors office and waiting for them to feel comfortable enough to make a diagnosis before they even treat you can be stressful and discouraging. Being able to come on this website, knowing what your symptoms are with out having to prove that you haven’t had a period or that you have pain takes the stress out of seeking treatment. I would absolutely recommend your products, in fact I all ready have.

I just want to say thank you. We are so happy that I am on my way to having a healthy reproductive system.

Thank you Marisa for sharing your wonderful story with us. We are looking forward to getting the BIG news very soon :) . We can not take the credit though. Our goal is to serve, empower and educate, that is all. It was your miraculous body and belief in yourself that allowed you to feed and nourish your body so IT could function optimally.

I am glad to hear this.I am 33 years old.
Haven’t been receiving my menses over / almost a year now and have been very infrequent since.
Was on contraceptives on and off in the past and stopped in 2007 / 2008.
My menses only appear when induced by primolut and then nothing else even after taking clomid or letroz.
I need to get my ovulation back and “if” my tubes are blocked then that also to be corrected.
Please advise.

Hi Cynthia,

Thanks for your comment. As for your questions, I just don’t have enough information about you to answer properly. Each person is unique and with what little information you have given me it is difficult to answer. You may be interested in a Natural Fertility Consultation or you may want to read our article on Absent Periods. This article is full of tips on the best herbs and natural remedies for getting your period back.

It may be a good idea to see a doctor and get tested to see if your tubes are blocked if you think you may be at risk for that.

All the best,

Dalene

what happens when the period duration is short or scanty..?
I have scanty periods from day 2. I have a history of irregular periods which have become regular over 3 years or so..since losing some weight.
I had a babby 18 months ago and prior to that my periods were regular..
For the last 6 months plus they have become very scanty and a couple of months I did have some spotting as well..What does this mean?
What hormone is imbalanced? what can I do to regulate the duration to a healthy one and ensure full fertility before I plan?

Hi speedmuma,

For some women they have always had a scant period, in your case this has just happened after the birth of your baby.

The medical term for less blood flow during a period is ‘hypomenorrhoea’.

Some causes of scant periods are-

*Extreme weight loss over a short period of time
*Low body weight.
*Hormonal imbalance.
*Emotional causes such as extreme stress
*Scarring in the uterus
*There are a wide range of hormones that may be at play and may be causing this; thyroid problems, insulin levels (PCOS) and high prolactin are just a few.
*Endometrial lining not developing normally due to above reasons.

You may want to consult your doctor about this to make sure there is not an underlying fertility issue that may be causing your period to be this way, endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal imbalance, ect.

An herb that has been found to help nourish a scanty period is Dong Quai and the supplement L-Arginine.

Vitex may help lower high prolactin levels.

Are you still breastfeeding? This may also play a role in your hormone levels. Vitex is safe to take while breastfeeding.

I hope this helps you to understand scanty periods more. If you have more questions you can contact me at info@natural-fertility-info.com

Best Wishes,

Dalene
