The best foods to eat for any kind of estrogen dominant condition would be ones high in fiber. Good sources of fiber are fresh vegetables, beans, seeds (especially flax and sesame), nuts, and whole grains. Phytoestrogens are found most often in the legume family, which is the bean family. Consume beans, seeds, sprouted foods, and whole grains. Consuming a whole food nutrient dense diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, dark leafy green vegetables and herbs, as well as minimal organic meat and dairy consumption, has been found to be very beneficial for fertility health. I do not know of any one food that is specific for only Uterine Fibroids. The overall goal would be to eat organic foods when possible, especially dairy and meats. Uterine Fibroids are considered an estrogen dominant condition. Eating ground flax seeds has been shown to to be high in fiber which removes excess estrogens from the body. So whole ground flax is a good option to add to your diet if you have estrogen dominant conditions. Remember the flax needs to be ground in order for your body to digest it, otherwise they just pass through.

You would create a cycle using the progesterone cream, this is recommended by Natural Progesterone cream expert Dr. John Lee, MD. So you would count out day 1 as your period (even if you don’t get one). Keep counting, on day 12 you would begin to use the cream: 1/8 teaspoon twice a day (20mg a day) for two weeks before your period
