Dear Hethir,

Well I am totally delighted to be “one of those women” who get to say I AM PREGNANT. I have been taking weekly acupuncture and have done the Liver Cleanse and also taken the Vitex and Macca and Bee Pollen. I am 6 weeks and want to know what should or should not be taking now to help my baby develop and ensure as smooth and as healthy a pregnancy as I possibly can.

I have extremely irregular periods. Usually 2 or 3 times a year I have one. And I was diagnosed in the mid 90’s with unexplained infertility.

In September 2007, I started taking Vitex daily and my period came every 30 days like clockwork in October, November and December. Nothing happened in January but it didn’t surprise me to be honest.

Mid-February 2008 – I’m pregnant! My daughter is now 2-years old and I weaned her from breastfeeding in November so I could start taking Vitex again. I started last week and my period came last week after a 4-month absence. Here’s hoping for baby number 2 in 2011!!

I wanted to share my story. I had been trying for nearly two years to get pregnant (and have it stick). I had multiple miscarriages. The Dr said it was because I was getting older and my eggs were too. So we kept trying. I was getting desperate, as the miscarriages were starting to take their toll on me – physically as well as mentally.

Finally, I started researching natural fertility methods (I wasn't ready to try chemical or artificial insemination). I stumbled upon your website and decided to give it a try. I ordered the cleansing kit and I also ordered Maca. I did not try to get pregnant for 6 months while I cleansed and took the Maca. The Maca was amazing! I could totally feel the difference in my body!

After the 6 months, I ceased all cleansing as well as the Maca and we started trying to get pregnant. We missed the first month since the Maca made my body so efficient that my ovulation timing changed. The next month we did it! It took a few weeks for me to confirm the pregnancy by the Dr. office and by the time I was 7 weeks they pulled me in for dating by ultrasound. I was so nervous because my miscarriages dated out as far as 11 weeks. The tech told us we were definitely pregnant and we said "yes, we know that but is it a good one?" I'll never forget the moment she said "oh, yes, here's the heart beat…see?" I think my husband and I both just started crying. I had switched Dr's so the tech didn't understand why we were so emotional until I told her …and then she almost started crying too.

Now I have a healthy, beautiful baby girl that is 10 weeks old! I wholeheartedly believe that cleansing and more especially the Maca made the difference!!!!

I say testimony #1 because I’m sure there will be more. I just want to say I love the massage and castor oil pack. I’ve been doing them for about 3 weeks now. My cycle just started today and I have little to no cramps. I always have 2 days of cramps but after using these two together, I feel better than I ever have during my cycle. I was so skeptical about the benefits I would get from them because I am one of those who nothing ever works for, but I believe that it has helped with the cramping. I am very surprised. Man oh man was I excited when I started my AF this month… My cycle was exactly 28 days. Never had that before!!! And, you know what, not a bit of pain. Nothing other than a little ache I can’t even call ache.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, but so far with this pregnancy I am doing great, I am almost three months, come Saturday that will be the three month mark for me which is very exciting, considering i usually don’t carry to six weeks.

Whatever the Maca did for me it was great, I no longer need to take the Maca, the baby seems to be producing the right amount of hormones that it needs to keeps this pregnancy going. I had an issue that i was spotting/bleeding for about three weeks off and on, so i decided to try adding a vitamin B with the Maca, and like two days later the problems stopped all together, and I’ve not had any since. so everyone is excited for me and i am excited for me and my husband and my daughter, we are all proudly awaiting the arrival of the new baby, thank you for all of your help in making this pregnancy a success for us, and so far you have added another success story to your list.

Thank you so much for taking the time to look into the reasons as to why women may have poor ovarian function and not only that ways in which this condition can be treated using natural health products.

For years I have been surfing the Internet looking for answers and natural ways in which I can help my ovary to respond to IVF treatment and produce good quality eggs.

I have always been a poor responder to IVF treatment and have been told it may be due to my Crohn’s Disease. However, this is based on speculation and not on any conclusive test that I have undergone.

I have been told my only option is donor eggs. That was an option until I found your website.

I have used maca and am currently taking vitex. I will be ordering your cleansing diet and hopefully by God’s grace I will have a little baby at the end of it.

I am a firm believer in using natural products and herbs and am prepared to change my lifestyle in order to become pregnant.

I have had multiple problems getting and staying pregnant. I have been pregnant 10 times, 5 of them lasted more than 6 months and I have 2 living children.

I wish I would have had the benefit of this website and the information on it.

The diet is right on target. I think that it’s closer to what should be the national standard. I had symptoms of pcos, but the clinical diagnosis was not there.

I was able to get pregnant using a combo of “lower carb diet and Vitex”. Once pregnant I was reluctant to take any herbs and depended on progesterone suppositorys. During my last pregnancy I found a doctor that would give me progesterone injections (I researched their benefit) and that was my only full term pregnancy.

My husband and I both being in our late 30′s and wanted to get started with trying to conceive as soon as possible.
We tried, but one problem… my period did a total disappearing act for the four months after our wedding. I just wanted my period back so I could start ovulating!!

I decided in late Dec to take control of things! I found your website and immediately started making big changes–a more plant-based diet, doing some yoga, slowing things down in general. I also realized after doing some reading that I was likely estrogen-dominant. I had been given a prescription from my Ob/Gyn for synthetic progesterone tablets, but I was not interested in taking these. Anyway, I decided to start Pro-gest natural progesterone cream in January.
I used this for ten days and wallah! A wonderful, healthy 5 day period arrived! I was so excited–we could finally track ovulation again and start TTC!… Six weeks later… I was pregnant! We couldn’t be more thrilled. And thankful that all of these natural, proactive measures helped make it so easy.

I love your website. I am a 23 year old with PCOS. I have been on Metformin for years and also tried Clomid for 6 months with no success. I found your website about 2 months ago and purchased the DIM, MACA, and VITEX, the progesterone cream and then have also been taking omega 3-6-9, and evening primrose oil. Last month, for the first time in the 13 years I have had my menstrual cycle, I had a 29 day cycle. I am on day 14 of this cycle and this morning, I had a positive ovulation test(which I have never had). I am tired of being prescribed medicine after medicine and all of them have not worked. …The day I received my Fertility Enzyme Therapy, I had just started (my period) and had to take 4 ibuprofen (at a time) the day before just to alleviate the pain. Took my FET when I received it the next day and didnt need another ibuprofen. It is simply amazing!!!! I am quite excited to know what it is doing inside that I can’t see. … I am really excited that my body is finally healing and I am headed in the right direction. I wanted to share my story, as I attribute my second successful pregnancy to you and this website….

My husband and I could not conceive naturally with our first baby. We saw a fertility specialist and I was diagnosed with endometriosis. Fortunately, I became pregnant after one round of injectables and insemmination along with acupuncture. We had a beautiful girl! Two years later, I was still not pregnant naturally, so we began the nightmare of fertility treatments again. After two failed treatments (one round of clomid with insemmination and one round of injectables with insemmination), I was still not pregnant.

That was January 2010, and after a consultation with my doctor, I decided I was not going further with fertility treatments, as the next step was IVF. We knew I had a history of endometriosis, and the recent ultrasounds revealed a large cyst on my ovary (the doctor wanted to surgically remove it which I refused).

Thanks to your website, I learned so much about natural options that no doctor tells you about! I started eating healthier during the course of my treatments and taking some supplements. I cut out processed soy products and ate more organic than what I was (I was already a vegetarian). I was taking DIM, Maca, Vitex, Royal Jelly, and using progesterone cream. My husband also took some of your recommended supplements for his low sperm count. I stopped using tampons and used only pads. I stopped drinking from plastic water bottles and stopped microwaving food in plastic containers. I was already using natural skin care (Arbonne), and I began exercising more regularly. I bought the fertility cleanse and the castor oil for the ovarian cyst and was ready to use them after my next cycle, but couldn’t because I was pregnant (March 2010)!

Our perfect baby boy is 4 months old today, and as I enjoy him every day, I am so thankful for your website because I had given up. We couldn’t afford IVF, and I really had accepted only having one child. I was 37 when I became pregnant last March, and today I felt I had to share my story so that I could give hope to others who desperately want to become pregnant. It is possible!

I now share your site with others and pass along all the information I have learned. When I no longer needed the fertility vitamins and herbs I gave them to a friend that had been trying to get pregnant. She had two miscarriages. Thank you for all the great information you had on this website. I got pregnant after two months of trying. At Age 39, I didn't expect to be so fast. I really owe it to the fertility cleanse, Maca, and following the fertility diet. The month after I was done with the cleanse, I had no PMS symptoms at all.
