Hello,
I wanted to know, what is the best to start with? I was diagnose by my Ob gyne that my progesterone is low. I am 10 years married now and untill now I’m not getting pregnant. I have abnormal period( spotting, and sometime I dont have period). I am in United Arab Emirates now, and where I can purchase this product? Any other you can suggest?

We don’t recommend using it during an IVF cycle. A Castor Oil Pack would be best used in preparation, healing and detoxifying before conception.
