Hi Lolita,

A glass jar with a tight cap would be best. I would not use it past a day and a half to 2 days. Each day that goes by nutrients begin to be broken down by the yogurt and oxygen. It is also a good idea to store it in the coldest part of the fridge, the very back.

Best Wishes,

Dalene

with the smoothie challenge and then seeing this video i have a question !
could we put off of the things we want to take in our smoothies or know ?
for example im going to be taking the morDHA could i add that to the smoothie mix? what about vitex or DIM or are those things better taking separately?

Hi Candy,

You can add almost anything to a smoothie. The only think to consider is how those herbs/supplements taste. Vitex has a strong flavor, so you may not want to add it to a smoothie (try it out for yourself, everyone has different tastes). MorDHA may taste kind of fishy. But you can add many of the supplements (open the capsule and add to the smoothie) to the smoothie so it makes it easier to take. Open a capsule and take a little taste. Go for it. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. :)
