Hi there - I'm starting DIM and progesterone cream today (CD 15). A little late, but hopefully that's okay. I have confirmed high estrogen levels (Day 3 = 151, partially due to a cyst, but it's a problem I have).

I understand that progesterone cream should only be taken in the 2nd half of the cycle, but what about DIM? And is it safe to take if you get pregnant?

Do not take DIM during pregnancy.

While trying to conceive and in preparation to pregnancy take DIM all month long.

I am just seeing this, I had no idea DIM was safe to take while TTC . Well in that case I guess I'll get back on it then

Most supplements or herbs are required by the FDA to say not to use while ttc, pregnant or breastfeeding. Use your best judgement.
