Hi Michelle,
The caution is really about where the spirulina and chlorophyll are coming from. Is it being harvested in a sustainable way, is it organic, ect. It is important to get it from a very good source.
I will look into this more. There are so many things we are not supposed to eat or eat when we are pregnant, sheesh it is hard to navigate this world some days. With all the pollution it is hard to know which food choices are best.
