Can i use mustard massage oil for the self fertility massage.
how long should i do the accupressure and reflexology during each session.
Is reflexology done on both the legs.

Hi,

I would not recommend using mustard massage oil everyday for your Self Fertility Massage. Grapeseed oil or castor oil would work good. You could use the mustard oil once and a while, but mustard massage oil is really heating and is too strong for daily use near sensitive areas.

Do the acupressure and reflexology as shown, a couple of circular massage motions per point. Yes do the points on both feet.

hav right fallopian tiube can i do massage bcoz when i do massage i feel pain on right site actually i do massage without using any oil bcoz which ol u recomand is not available at karachi (where i live )so can i use castor oil then do massage . or can i continue massage . plz see my reports then re me . my husband not agree for IVF . and DR said tht i hav only IVF option . wht i do ?

Now I haven't had time to do the massage yet, but I've done the castor oil packs twice and notice I have enough left on my tummy that I would not need any additional oils.

If I needed some, since I don't have grapeseed oil can I use almond oil instead?

Either castor oil or a vegetable based oil (such as grapeseed, almond, or olive) can be used for the massage. I personally just use the left over castor oil that is already on the skin after applying the castor oil pack.

Tania- I am not sure if I understand your first question. The Self Fertility Massage needs some type of oil to be used so the fingers and hands can glide around the abdomen. You can also use lotion if that is what you have. Start gently when you are doing the massage on scar tissue.

I m too worry . I hav one another question can i take the injection of DECAPEPTYL for save the ovaries bcoz my husband not agree for IVF and DR said tht u must hav to do IVF coz i hav operation of ovaries two time and DR said tht u hav small ovaries .
th ulterasound reports .
size of right ovary =2.0 * 1.8 cms
size of left ovary= 2.3 * 1.8 cms
is this right size of ovaries bcoz at ultrasound report says tht normal uterus and both ovaries
