Is It okay to do the refelxogy/accupressure on the feet even during menstruation and during ovulation? Is it okay to use baby oil for the fertiliry massage also? thanks,

Reflexology can be done at any time during your cycle. It is best to use a massage oil that does not contain mineral oil.

What is the reason that you should not use mineral oil, and is sesame oil okay to use for the fertility massage? I would like to use some kind of lavender scented oil to increase the relaxation benefits,any reccomendations?
