How often should one take the fertility cleanse? Is it safe to do twice a year, or is 1 time enough?

It depends on your situation.... You could do the Fertility Cleanse up to four times a year. For example if someone was having a lot of health issues, and fertility problems such as severe endometriosis or a lot of cysts, they would want to cleanse multiple times a year.

If someone is in good general health one to two cleanses a year would be fine. The Fertility Cleanse is just the beginning. Healthy lifestyle changes would be very important as well as the diet.

hi, I suffer from adenomyosis and have had 3 miscarriages in the last 2 years. I completed the fertility cleanse in March 2009 and saw improvements in menstrual pain levels and less clotting, and better colored blood (more bright red and less brown).

I also had a surprising unrelated change. I've had 3 pink beauty/liver spots on my left thigh for a long time. It started with just one when i was 4 years old. Then the second took up residence about an inch away from the first when i was a tween, and then the third followed about an inch away from the second when i was in my early 20s. They sit in a row, and all are about 1/4" diameter.

2 weeks after i completed the fertility cleanse, i noticed the third liver spot had vanished! It has been there for 20 years, so the last thing i expected was it to disappear in 30 days. I was shocked and super happy. Happy to see it gone, but also because it's such a physical sign of change.

I came back to your site to find out more information on repeating the cleanse. You say in this forum that it is safe to continue with the cleanse for up to 4 months in year. How would you recommend doing this? Do you mean: 1 month cleanse and 3 months rest? or is it safe to do 4 months back to back?

I am so glad to hear your great results with the Fertility Cleanse. The Fertility Cleanse can be done up to four times a year. That would be one month cleanse, three months off, one month cleanse three months off, etc.
