If DH semen analysis came back that he has a high count and 50% of that are of good motility, would you suggest getting him on the men's kit at all?

Generally motility should be above 60%. What were the actual counts? If he has a very high count (above 20,000,000) then he may not need to worry. If you have been having trouble for some time and there is no problem on your end the products in the Male Factor Kit have shown to increase motility.
