I wanted to know if you knew anything about the benefits of cleansing the kidneys and spleen if you have POF. I read this in an infertility book that talks about the benefits of chinese medicine. They suggested particular herbs for this. Do you know anything about this? Thanks for your help!

Hethir and I are trained in Western Herbalism, we are not very familiar with Chinese herbs. It would be best to ask a Chinese Herbalist. Many acupuncturists are also trained in chinese herbs. You may want to find a local practitioner in your area.

Thanks Darlene. What kind of acupuncture would you recommend? I know their are different kinds. Chinese, Japanese etc.

Either one...but if you are wanting them to recommend Chinese herbs be sure to ask the practitioner if they are trained in Chinese Herbalism.

To be honest I am not familiar with all of the different types of acupuncture, but I will say that some acupuncturists specialize in acupuncture for fertility and pregnancy, so you may want to do some research for a specialist in your area.
