My acupuncturist told us that the best way was from behind, because it gets the sperm closest to the cervix.

This may be a little too descriptive but I was wondering if say sex occurs the day of ovulation successfully in the missionary position but a lot of the semen seems to drain out regardless of how tilted one lays is that normal? Does that lessen the chances? and what if you try again shortly after but unsuccessfully on the mans part, does the "giration" and penetration of that unsuccessful event lessen any chances by interfering with the first "discharge" of semen? I don't know if that makes sense but was hoping someone could help:) Thanks
