I will be starting the fertility cleanse next week. I will be strictly following the diet as laid out however, there are a wedding and a high school reunion that I will be attending during the cleanse. Will having a couple glasses of wine and eating non-organic food set me back on this cleanse? Thanks for your help!

That should be fine, just remember going over the couple glasses of wine or eating a lot of processed foods are what you want to avoid, because you are cleansing your liver.

Thanks Dalene! This is a great website. I have been off the pill for 6 months and have not gotten my period. I have been on birth control for 13 years. I originally got on birth control because I was having irregular periods. My doctor said it was due to diet and because I was so active with sports. What would you suggest I do after taking the cleanse if I do not get my period? My OBGYN suggest I keep taking birth control or has even suggested other types of estrogen creams. I would rather go the natural route since I don't like putting chemicals in my body. I would appreciate anything you would suggest. Thanks!
