Hi,
I've got a questions about the fertility massage. I have PCOS and finally had a baby after six years of trying. I went through 22 hours of labor and finally a c-section. My son is now 20 months and we really want to have another baby. We have never tried to prevent getting pregnant since he was born but I still haven't had a period since he was born. I am so excited to have found this program and I am so interested in the fertility massage and cleanse but I was wondering if the massage would be safe and/or recommended for someone like me after having a c-section?

Hi Dee Dee,

Massage is safe after c-section. Be gentle with yourself, don't press on areas that are sensitive or painful. Avoid pressing on the scar. Self Fertility Massage may help to break-up adhesions or scar tissue cause from your c-section.

I got the fertility masage dvd. Is there a better time if the month to start?
Is it safe to use at any time during your cycle?

Hi Melly,

If you are actively ttc you should only do the massage from the end of your period up to ovulation. If you are not ttc you can do it all month long except during your period.
