i feel so stuck not sure what to try.i've been trying 3yrs have 2kids 12 nd 7.i'm looking at zymessence as i'm thinking i could have a scarring problem,something isnt right i have a ripping pain every month 3-5 days before af.i really have given up hope but i really want to try some natural remedies and believe they may work.its looking like ivf and i'm not ready and cant afford it.

It would really be best to have your doctor check to see if something serious is going on with your fertility since you describe a ripping pain. Feeling this kind of pain is not normal and should be checked out.
