Hi Everyone~
If anyone is looking for good liturature on natural fertility tracking, a truly helpful book is "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. I have a copy and LOVE it! It teaches how to chart cycles based on your basal temp, cervical fluid and cervical position. In the back of the book are photocopy-able charts. Ive charted now for 8 months, 2 of which I DID become pregnant but miscarried both times. I still chart, and am now adding in the saliva microscope for added reassurance! Just thought Id share!

Thanks for sharing this. You may want to change the title so that more women are apt to reply and read this post, something about charting in the title.

Lol....good call! Hopefully the new title will attract more readers! Every woman out there can greatly benefit from what they can learn from this book! I know I learned a bunch of great information!
