Endometriosis and diminished ovarian reserve

Endometriosis and diminished ovarian reserve

Thank you so much for your website. It has been such a help and encouragement to me.

I had a surgery for endometriosis about two years ago, since then I have researched for natural ways to help this and my desire to get pregnant. One of my searches brought me to your site. For a year I have followed the fertility diet, taken Maca, Wheat grass, CoQ10, began seeing a Chinese doctor and taken herbs and had regular acupuncture. My FSH level went from 15.9 to 5.5. This was such an encouragement to me. After three years of trying to get pregnant, we decided to try IVF. I had only three follicles which grew, all to 18mm, but when they were retrieved, they were all empty.

Is there anything else I can try to help my ovaries? I am only 35, yet the medical doctors are telling me I am going into menopause. My Chinese doctor tells me that Chinese herbs can bring women back from menopause, but I recently read that these herbs just mask the numbers of FSH and can't bring ovaries back to life.

Thanks for any information and help you might offer. Thanks again for your site.

I also forgot to mention that I have been doing Castor Oil packs and the Fertility massage for about six months, along with the fertility yoga exercises.
