This morning I had a somoothie made of banana, strawberries, honey, royal jelly and sesame seeds. Then, I went for my appointment with my new gyne. She was realy caring and kind and wants to help. I felt so happy and I told her that she is a wonderful doctor. She took my history and examined me. She thinks that the cause of discharge and burning is a strong yeast infection as a result of the antibiotics. She thinks that my pelvic pain might be due to bowel problems, also from the antibiotics. She gave me strong tablets for the yeast infection. I was relieved that I found a nice doctor.
I came home and I did (what's in fridge soup) thanks Hethir for this great idea. I put lots of veg but I added small pieces of chicken, it was yummy. Then for desert, I had craving for a smoothie so I made one (banana, berries,honey,meca and sesame seeds).
I also booked an appointment with naturopathic doctor as a short consultation. My plan is to continue probiotics, continue smoothie but have 1 fruit and 1 veg smoothie a day and 1 quart of water after waking up, which i am finding quite difficult to do. I am going to buy Acai powder, dates and spearmint tea ( I read that it can limit excess hair growth).
I am also going to introduce a hobby in my daily activity for my mental health.
