It is so hard for me to get out of bed in the morning and i am not enjoyig the things i used to enjoy in life. All I am thinking about is fertility, pregnancy, uterus and babies. I don't want my life to be full of fears and medical visits. I want to get my self out of this cycle. I am alone almost all times and this is not helping and also I like to stay at home a lot. Therefore I get thoughts all the time that stresses me out.

We went today to visit our friends to say goodbye as they are leaving to another state in 2 days. We had a good time and I came back feeling refreshed. However, i did not take care of my diet today but i will do something good now and have carrot juice with Meca. Yesterday I did a smoothie which consists of mangos, berries and (Meca for me and flaxseeds for my husband). He realy liked it and I am happy that he is liking the smoothies. My abdomen is hurting still and the pain gets worse after food so I think there is a bowel pain for sure. i am going to buy a good quality probiotic. My ND suggested Jarrow probiotics. I am also going to watch the self message video just to see how it is like. I am looking forward to using it but I have to wait until the infection is cleared. i need to stay strong and positive not just for me but also for my husband. Sometimes I realy feel that I can't be sad or negative because it all transfers to my family. I want a baby so much, I am going to pray and pray. God, show me the way.

I have been very depressed today. I am sleeping most of the day because I am exhausted mentally from thinking and physically from the pain which is getting worse. My friend recommended a very good dr. I called, they gave me an appintment after 3 weeks and this is a very long time to wait in pain. I am not able to live a normal daily life. I can't study and i can't take care of my home. I want to be myself again. i was a hard working energetic person...the biopsy changed my life as well as the negligence of my doctor.

I woke up this morning feeling the same way as every day has passed in the last month...feeling that I want to sleep more and more so that I don't think about the hardships I have been facing lately. It was 11 am and I was trying to sleep more. That time I thought that I have only 2 ways, way one is to continue being depressed forever and stay like that with no goals. The second way was to get out of bed, do little things outdoors and get back slowly to my active life. So, I got up, made 2 phone calls and drove to cvs and wholefoods. At the moment eating healthy is the only thing that is intresting to me because i feel that I am doing myself good. I bought fruits and veg, raw organic honey, wholefood probiotics as the 3 week antibiotics messed my bowels and gave me a yeast infection. I also bought a bowel cleanse which i will use in few days. I got a wooden steamer. I made a healthy dinner made of steamed veg. Now as a desert, I am going to make a banana smoothie with organic frozen berries (which I found in Market Basket) and honey. I am also going to try sesame seeds. I got an appointment with a nice gyne this week and I got ultrasound report. The nurse told me it was normal but I found that I had free fluid in pelvis but it says insignificant. I hope my new nice dr is able to help me with these dilemmas. I think I am more sick from the way doctors are than from my illness. Today while walking I had a feeling of haviness in my right lower pelvic area. i am hoping that it is bowel pain and that hopefully it will clear up after I finish the antibiotics and take regular probiotics. Today is my last day of antibiotics and I am happy about that.

Today I had 2 types of smoothie. One consists of banana,berries,honey,royal jelly and Meca. The second consists of banana, cocoa, sesame seeds,oats and honey. I had the first one in the morning and the second in the afternoon. I had steamed veg and salmon for dinner. My abdomen is still hurting and I have been worried about it especial the tender points that I have in the right iliac fossa. I started taking bowel cleanse made of organic herbs and still waiting for the results. Today I cleaned my fridge of any unhealthy foods and the top shelf is now for veg. I don't know what type of vitamins to start? Baby and me, or wholefood multivitamin or a vitamin that my ND gave me called ova blend?

This morning I had D. I think the colon cleanse is working. It's all organic and I got it from wholefoods. I feel lighter in my abdomen. I feel realy happy that I can see some improvement. Then I had a super smoothie :) bananas, berries,honey,spirulina,sesame seeds, quinoa. It was green and delicious. I also found a great Megafood probiotics. I take one a day. I am looking for omega3 supplement but without animal products but fish is ok. I also want to find out which multivitamin is best for me. So, I e-mailed my ND. I am also going to test my hormone levels using saliva tests this cycle. Now, I am going to clean my home.

This morning I had a somoothie made of banana, strawberries, honey, royal jelly and sesame seeds. Then, I went for my appointment with my new gyne. She was realy caring and kind and wants to help. I felt so happy and I told her that she is a wonderful doctor. She took my history and examined me. She thinks that the cause of discharge and burning is a strong yeast infection as a result of the antibiotics. She thinks that my pelvic pain might be due to bowel problems, also from the antibiotics. She gave me strong tablets for the yeast infection. I was relieved that I found a nice doctor.
I came home and I did (what's in fridge soup) thanks Hethir for this great idea. I put lots of veg but I added small pieces of chicken, it was yummy. Then for desert, I had craving for a smoothie so I made one (banana, berries,honey,meca and sesame seeds).
I also booked an appointment with naturopathic doctor as a short consultation. My plan is to continue probiotics, continue smoothie but have 1 fruit and 1 veg smoothie a day and 1 quart of water after waking up, which i am finding quite difficult to do. I am going to buy Acai powder, dates and spearmint tea ( I read that it can limit excess hair growth).
I am also going to introduce a hobby in my daily activity for my mental health.

Today I ordered few healthy foods and I am excited about it. I ordered coconut milk, Acai powder, unsweetened coconut and dried fruits. I made a very tasty smoothie made of banana, mango,blueberries, hemp seeds, Meca and honey. It was delicious. I am taking fiber drink twice a day after meals and it is helping my bowels. My next goal is to start walking, do a hobby and visit friends for my mental health.

I had a smoothie made of apple,orange,blue berries, honey, oats, hemp seeds and spirulina. It was rich and nice tasting.

Today was a nice day. I tried to drink one quart of water when I woke up but I was not able to. I don't know why I feel nauseated when I drink more than one cup in the morning. I had a smoothie made of pears, quinoa, sesame seeds, oats, royal jelly and honey. Then I cleaned my home and did my first yoga session following a home video and it was realy good. I also made almond milk this morning. My lunch consists of a green salad and steamed salmon. Later I went shopping for fruits, veg and sardines. I also recieved the foods package. I am going to use Acai powder in my smoothies and cocconut milk. I think abdominal pain is better but I still have slight burning. I want to start the castor oil pack soon.
