I just had to get on and let you all know that I got the self fertility massage dvd for my birthday and I have used it the last three nights. It is AMAZING! I was having some pretty bad pain in my right ovary on Monday. I used an essential oil blend called women wise (from butterfly express) in some coconut carrier oil and tried the massage for the first time Monday night. The pain went away. The next morning I was just dragging and had a headache because I was a bad girl and forgot to drink plenty of water after my massage to help flush out all the stuff I released.
(duh) So I made sure to drink plenty of water the rest of the day and I did the massage again Tuesday night and Wednesday night (drinking plenty of water after). I can't explain how great I've felt. It has been a long time since I have done any body work and I realize how much I miss it. The self fertility massage is a wonderful treat and I'm looking forward to it every night (except when menstrating). 
I think every woman needs the self fertility massage!I did have a question about the reflexology. I was wondering if it matters what order you do the reflexology points
And I was noticing that the points were more tender this last night than they were the previous times I've done it, is this a good sign or might I be using too much pressure?I am so excited about the awesomeness of the massage I don't know if I can handle adding the castor oil pack to the routine without it sending me into a state of complete euphoria!
