first of all, thank you for this wonderful website, there is a lot of interesting information.
I have already posted 2 questions somewhere but I never had any answers back so ... I have now found the forum option and hope I will get an answe soon.I was actually about to buy the cleanser pack but going through your reviews I don' t know if is safe to do so ... I am on the active pills (birth control) for 4 more days ... then should expect some type of menstruation (generally some spotting with the IVF birth control pill) and then I should be starting the injections for my next cycle (1 cycle failed ;-( ). My question is 1) Can I still do the cleanser Diet? if herbs won' t interfere with injections. 2) can you do the self massage while on IVF treatment (my suggestion is to add this question in your Q&A as it can be a commun type of question from people. 3) what is your other suggestions and advices for people that are already starting their ivf cycle since they can take herbal supplements? I read that MACCA should not be taken while on IVF but what about: Bee Polen and bee Propolis, Spirula, CQ10?

Please reply ASAP so I can look at what I can order/do before my next period coming

Hi Hope,

That is odd your questions were not answered, both Dalene and I frequent the site daily.

To answer your questions...

1. We do not recommend to do the Fertility Cleanse while on hormones, medications or IVF injections. We do not know how the herbs will interact with the hormones you will be on.

2. Fertility Massage can be done while preparing for your IVF, but discontinue right before and during/after implantation. Also double check with your doctor to make sure they know you are using massage in preparation.

3. Some supplements like a multivitamin or EFA can be used while preparing for IVF, but it is best to talk to your doctor about that since we are not knowledgeable about the interactions with the medications you will be on.

Here are a couple of suggestion of things you CAN do while on IVF meds.
