Hello,
I'm a new member here and I would like to ask some suggestions here.
I am 35 years old now and was married for nearly two years. My husband is same age with me. My husband and I have been trying to have kids ever since we got married. Nearly a year after our marriage, I got pregnant but when my fetus was only five weeks old, the fetus just stopped developing and about two weeks later I had my miscarriage. It was a very painful moment for me and my husband. However the doctor didn't find anything unusual about my miscarriage so we never thought anything about it.
Early this year somewhere in January, I got pregnant again (tested positive by using a home pregnancy kit but the signal was a faint line) but not even a month I had my miscarriage. I just started to have my period but my period was really dark similar to what I had during my first miscarriage. After more than a week I tested my urine again but the test was negative. This puzzled both my husband and me. I am beginning to think maybe I have a weak womb and decided to go for a medical check up but my husband stopped me as I am only two months due to finishing my PhD studies. He was afraid if the result from the medical check up may distract my studies. He told that after I have completed my studies, both of us should go for the check up together.
Meanwhile I thought of doing some exercises at home to strengthen my womb but I am not sure what sort of exercise it is. I used to go for swimming and walking before my marriage but stopped after marriage due to time constrain. I wonder if there is any stretching exercises that I could do in my own bedroom for my womb. Please advice.
Thank you.
Regards,
Devi.
