what can you recommed for a high FSH. Saw a doctor and he says my fsh is 30, right now am on pills.

We don't recommend taking any herbs while on fertility medications. Have you read our FSH article?
The herb Vitex increases luteinizing hormone production while mildly inhibiting the release of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). This indirectly boosts progesterone production and chances of achieving and maintaining a successful pregnancy.
