This is more of a question for Hethir/Dalene, I had surgery a week ago to find out why I have been having this lower pelvic pain. During the surgery they found scar tissue/adhesion, 2 ovarian cysts, endometriosis and I had an extra fallopian tube on the right side that they removed. The extra tube was actually so unordinary, they had read about it but never seen it before, they called in a Reprod. Endo. specialist to come to the O.R. to see it and give their opinion on what to do. I have been taking the fertilaid, fertile cm for about a year and also have been doing the self fertility massage. I was taking the maca powder which I am going to start back on and also was doing acupuncture. What would you suggest or recommend on continuing or adding to this? thanks ,Carrie

Hi Carrie,

Wow! You have been through so much, how brave!

Honestly I would recommend a Fertility Cosultation. This helps us to know you more and answer your specific questions properly, this also give you a guide of what to do when, rather than some suggestions for what you have going on.

You should not do anything until you feel up to it and you are pretty well healed.

The EndoWise Fertility Kit is designed to help clear the body of excess endometrial tissue, balance the hormones, bring circulation to the reproductive system, and prepare the body for conception. This kit is filled with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fertility superfoods, and nutrients to help create a healthy body and reproductive system specifically for women with endometriosis.
The EndoWise Kit contains:

Progesterone
If you have endometriosis, Dr. John Lee recommends using progesterone from days 8 to 26 of your cycle, to reduce the effects of estrogen on the body (estrogen stimulates endometrial growth). Take a short week off to refresh your receptor sites. He has had success with this controlling symptoms within six months. Once the outbreaks of endometriosis are tolerable reduce the usage to days 12 till menstrual cycle.

DIM
DIM balances the hormones by breaking down estrogen and removing it from the body. Endometriosis is an estrogen dominant condition. By cleansing the body of excess estrogens should cause the endometrial tissues to stop growing.

Zymessence
Zymessence helps to dissolve endometrial tissue growing outside of the uterus by removing fibrin buildup and increases circulation to the reproductive system. Zymessence contains an important enzyme specific for dissolving endometrial tissues and aiding in congesting conditions like those that are present when someone has endometriosis. Take 1 capsule 3 times a day between meals. This is also great for reducing and preventing scar tissue and adhesions.

Women's Best Friend
Women's Best Friend takes down pain and swelling caused from endometriosis so you start feeling better right away. Women's Best Friend goes to the source of the problem, helping to reduce excess estrogen that fuels abnormal growths, and stimulating liver activity for improved estrogen metabolism. It works with your body's natural detoxification processes to clear congested endometrial tissues while reducing symptoms like abnormal bleeding. This would be great for your situation.

Did they remove your Cysts?

You could look into the Ovarian Cysts Kit.

Continue with the Self Fertility Massage, but do not begin it again for a few weeks, let yourself heal!

Best Wishes,

Dalene
