i was curious if there were any natural ways to deal ( make go away) with thesdes issues for us that suffer from pcos
maybe a special scrub or something to add to the bath - the cyct and boilsare terribly painfull and the dark patches from insulin restitance are just annyoing

ant help or advice would be much apreciated

Tea tree oil and rubbing alcohol works well for the dark patches
