hi everyone! i am quite new to this forum and i just purchased the fertility cleanse kit and endowise kit. i already started the liver cleanse. i have a few questions that i need help with as i am confused.

I am currently on day 18 of my cycle about to start the women's best friend capsules and conceptions tea but today my mense arrived . so as i have read in various topics of this forum, i immediately stop the cleansing herbs. my question is:

1. why did i have my mense this early in my cycle since my cycle is normally a 28 to 30 day cycle? is this normal or are my hormones just out of wack!

2. after my mense, do i repeat the liver cleanse again? or continue with the women's best friend and conceptions tea up to my next mense? i am not sure if i still have enough liver flushing tea and liver renew capsules though if in case i need to do the liver cleanse again.

3. when do i start my endowise kit? can i start it after my mense has stopped or should i complete the womens best friend and conceptions tea first then have my mense again before i start the endowise kit?

any assistance would highly be appreciated as i am at lost as to what to take next after my mense....

Is it a full flow menses or is it spotting? If it is spotting then continue. If it is truly your period then pause the cleanse and pick up where you were after your period is over. When hormonal balancing and shifts are happening the cycle can become out of wack for a short period of time. It is like the body is resting and cleansing itself.

Start where you left off.

Start the endowise kit after you have completed the cleanse.

thanks thanks very much for your reply. really appreciate it. my mense is really full flow and is my third day now. usually i have 3 days of pain due to my adenmyosis and endometriosis, i cant stand up from the bed for the whole 3 days but now i really dont feel that much pain and i am going to work with my mense. my husband was shocked that i can stand up and go to work even with my mense! he keeps on checking me every now and then if i feel fine or does he need to pick me up from work and bring me home due to pain i tell him that i am fine and really i feel very well! i am excited to continue on with my herbs as i know it did wonders for me. thanks very much hethir and for your team. god bless you always!

i read a lot of good things about maca and vitex. i am confused though as which one to take? what do you recomend? i am leaning to just getting maca but i do not quite understand the effects of vitex yet. if ever i take maca or vitex can i take it with the ednowise kit? more power and wish me luck!

Congratulations on the easy cycle! We hear this a lot from women with endo. Your husband sounds like a very good man. Well Maca is a great fertility tonic in general helping to balance the hormones by nourishing the endocrine system. I personally think almost everyone should use Maca to help nourish the adrenal glands (stress).

Vitex is used more for women who have irregular cycles or who are not ovulating. Hope that helps clear it up for you. Both can be taken with the EndoWise kit.
