im about to order my fertility cleanse and i was just wondering
i know that if i have irregular cycles you ay to pick the start of my cleanse
but say that after i do i start my period two days in to the cleanse
should i stop then continue after the period ends or should i quit then go to part two after its over
im a little afraid that if i have irregular periods or bleeding between and have to stop and start i may not really get the benefits of the cleanse

any advice for this ?

The one rule to remember is to not cleanse while you are menstruating. This means if it starts at an off time, just pause the cleanse and restart when it have completed.

i have been on this cycle for almost 7 weeks should i just wait to buy the cleanse until this has stopped or go ahead and get it and wait .
i didnt know if the products in the cleanse kit would be fresher if i bought them just before i begn them or not .

also when should i go to the doctor... how long is too long to be on my period ?

You should go and check in with your doctor to make sure everything is ok. 7 weeks is a long time. You do not want to start the Fertility Cleanse while you are menstruating.

im going in sept 8 th thats the soonst they could see me ! but i have had longer cycyles before i have pretty much a text book case of pcos and insulin resistance
im really hoping it will stop soon so i can began the cleanse that way when i go to the doctor i can tell her im taking herns as treatment and she want be so adamant
about the bc pill and other meds
