My man, 36 years, and me 30, have been trying for 2 years. his sperm has been tested, they said that it was more sperm than they ever saw before, and the quality was good. But the amount was not a lot.
We think that might be because it was not so easy to do it under time pressure, we had an appointment and it had to be done within 2 hours before.. 
They needed a new test. we havent done that yet.He has been bleeding for the last 6-12 months, everytime he comes. Im a bit worried about that... but doctors does not seem to worry..
Dalene or Hethir or anyone else.. do you have any idea what could be the reson he bleed?
I have ordered the fertillity cleance, castor oil pack, fertillity massage dvd, vitex, for me. He has been taking folat, and now he has been taking something with selen and zink. He aways takes his vitamin C everyday. both him and me eat pretty healthy, no smoke and no alcohol exept he has a bear or two once a month (is that very bad for sperm quality?) we eat mostly vegeterian, but he eat organical sallamon or other fish thats not always organical, 3 times a week.
I am thinking to buy the fertillity cleance for males..
Dalene or Hethir do you think fertillity cleance is enough? or you suggest something else?
I dont want to do the order befor i know what we need, because it has to be shipped all the way to norway
