I am on calendar day one of this cycle after a miscarriage and I just ordered the cleanse, if I do not have it by the end of the menstruating days is it OK to just start it as soon as I get it?

The best time to start the herbs in the Fertility Cleanse is the day after you have stopped menstruating. A couple of days within that range is fine.

Ok, glad I saw this question. If you don't have a regular mense and don't know when you ovulate, when do you start the cleanse? Is it dangerous to do the cleanse without having a mense because the uterus isn't shedding it's lining?

If you are not currently menstruating the Fertility Cleanse can be helpful in that it helps to cleanse the uterus of old stagnant blood, helps to balance the hormones, and promotes blood flow to the uterus. When you do not menstruate and want to begin the cleanse you would choose your own start date and follow the guidelines as recommended based upon a made up menstrual cycle.

I think that every woman should know fertility cycles. I use one of the first calendar in net - this old and good ovulation calendar. so it may be useful for you to find out THE SPECIAL DAY you want.

Hi you all, i got my cleansing kit a week ago and planning to start that in august (after holidays etc). I am a bit unsure when to start, the instructions says right after your periods or day 6. my periods lasts only 2-3 days so should i start the cleanse on day 4 or day 6? Sometimes i have a bit of spotting on days 3-4. my cycle is 27 days. thank you for your response and i really hope this will help. I am 37 this year and been trying since i was 19! And i've seen more doctors and had more pills than you could imagine... Love and light xx

You would want to start the day after your period has ended.

I know you mention that in such cases as PCOS if there isn't any periods, then I have a choice as to when to start my Fertility Cleanse, but I have another question. I also ordered "Vitex" now this is also suppose to help me regulate my cycle.... Would you recommend I start Vitex and when I get a period then the Fertility Cleanse or from the beginning just start with the Fertility Cleanse? I also ordered "PCOS Fertility kit". Can I also include the Vitex at the same time I take the PCOS kit? Patiently waiting for your answer

We recommend starting with the Cleanse first so that you don't have to stop your other products for a month to do the cleanse. This may throw everything you have worked toward off and it may take some time for your hormones and body to balance back out. It is also better to start off with a body that has been cleansed of excess hormones and toxins, a clean slate if you will.

Begin the Vitex when the cleanse is over. You may take this while on the PCOS kit. Do not take Vitex while on your period.
