Hello. I was scheduled to start me cleanse today, but when I got everything out, I realized I didn't receive the instruction book that is supposed to come with it. On the website here, I tried to download the cleanse instructions, but after I click on the link, it takes me to the cleanse kit ordering page, and there is a portion that says click below to download the instructions, but there is no link anywhere to click on. I think from the little diagram on that same page I can figure out when to take the different herbs, but I still don't know how much to take. Any assistance with instructions would be greatly appreciated.
