Hi jen24,

Fertilica's Women's Whole Food Multi is a one-a-day, whole food multivitamin which contains herbs and nutrients to helps support women while trying to conceive.

Baby and Me Multivitamin is great for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Contains herbs, dried fruits and extra iron for a healty pregnancy and beyond. Take 4 a day. This is also 100% Whole food.

Both of the above Vit. contain required amount of Folic Acid 800mcg for pregnant and nursing mothers.

Women's Best Friend is an herbal supplement. Women's Best Friend takes down pain and swelling caused from endometriosis and fibroids so you start feeling better right away. Women's Best Friend goes to the source of the problem, helping to reduce excess estrogen that fuels abnormal growths, and stimulating liver activity for improved estrogen metabolism. It works with your body's natural detoxification processes to clear congested endometrial tissues and fibroids while reducing symptoms like abnormal bleeding.

Hi Jen24,

It is fine to do the Pregnancy Preparation Kit and the Improve Egg Health Kit at the same time. Both kits contain the mulivitamin, so hey you will have extra!

Hi! I got my order today of the pregnancy prep kit, the tea, L-arginne, and the women’s best friend. I just have two quick questions: Should I take the Women’s best friend while trying to get pregnant? My husband and I are going through a follistem cycle this month. The other question is: Can I take both L-Arginne and royal jelly at the same time?

Hi Jen24,

When posting about IUI could you please let our readers know what Follistim is, for example, let everyone know you will be taking fertility medications. We don't recommend taking herbs while on Fertility medications. So taking the Women's Best Friend this month is not a good idea. If you become pregnant do not take the Women's Best Friend.

You can take L-Arginine and Royal Jelly at the same time.

We recommend improving egg quality and prepraing for pregnancy 3 months prior to beginning IVF or IUI. This way there are no interactions with the herbs and medications.

Hoping the best for you!
