Hi there, I just finished the liver portion of the cleanse and am on day 4 of the 2nd half. The liver cleanse for me was pretty good. It was awful because I was tasting myself and had a bit of nausea for the 1st couple of days, but I know that's a good thing because stuff was probably breaking down. But the one thing I really really noticed was the amount of mucus that was being expelled daily. I mean even my husband commented on my hog spit (sorry for the tmi lol). The bizarre thing was it seemed like it was old stuff from when I had a cold months ago or something, 1 batch was even hard- I thought I was choking on a pit from a plum
. While I haven't experienced as much mucus being expelled orally while doing the uterine cleanse, I have seen mucus while going to the bathroom...today I saw and little blood mixed in with mucus about the size of a silver dollar
, my mense isn't due for another week or so. I have pcos so I know my reproductive system wasn't functioning optimally and expected to see weird things coming out lol, but has anyone else experienced this? Or anything similar?
