Hello,

So here is my deal.. I'm 33 years old with early poor ovarian reserve with good fsh levels however my RE is not sure what went wrong she canceled first cycle due to me only producing 2 follicles. So I'm trying again in a couple of months and would like to know what else could I do to increase my reserve.. I can't afford acupuncture unfortunately, I called one and they stated I would need to come in twice a week up until conception and I surely couldn't afford that. And not sure what else to do.. Please help!!

Have you looked into community acupuncture in your area? Community acupuncture centers usually charge $15 per session to help people like yourself get the care they otherwise could not afford.

Well I live in San Francisco and no such luck in regards to the community centers.. But thanks for the tip.. However do you think I could benefit from getting the self massage?? My fsh is normal but just didn't produce enough eggs the first time..
