I am on day 7 of phase two and have began spotting. I generally spot for a couple of days before my full period begins. After reading some of the questions and answers in this forum, I know that I can continue with the cleanse until I get my full period. However, I will likely still have a couple of days of the cleanse to finish after I am done my period. I am planning on TTC again with this cycle, and am wondering if it is okay to finish the cleanse even though I could possibly become pregnant and not have a period.

Also, is it okay to continue with phase two tea during my period?

Hi Lynda,

Once your period begins stop taking any of the products in the Fertility Cleanse.

You may finish taking the remainder of the products you didn't finish: Conceptions Tea and Women's Best Friend after your period ends.

Yes it is ok to use the products while trying to conceive, but if you think you may be pregnant discontinue use of them.
