Fertility Massage and headaches

Postby mash » Tue Apr 06, 2010

First of all I want to say that I have had phenomenal results so far, my period is much lighter and I don't have such bad period pains as I used to. I'm really happy about that, since my problem is surgical adhesions causing fallopian tubes to be blocked. I'm hoping with all my heart that it means the adhesions are being released from my body!

Last week I was experiencing bad headaches though, and I had this a few months ago, when I was just doing castor oil packs on their own. So I've decided to cut back on the massages and castor oil packs a bit. I'm also worried it might affect implantation, so I've decided only to do it every month after menstruation is complete, for the week before ovulation. I have already done 5 weeks of it.

Does it make sense to do it this way? Also with Castor oil, don't castor beans contain a poisonous substance called Rycin?

Hi Mash,

In processing of the Castor Oil the Rycin is taken out.

Castor Oil packs can be a sort of detox for your body. Be sure to drink plenty of water and get a little extra rest after you do the packs. Listening to what your body needs is very healthy and smart.
