Hi Hethir-
I have been doing castor oil packs and massage for several cycles. I have developed an intermittent dull, ache on my left side that is worse when I am sitting and it almost feels like the tube is in spasm. I do have an adhesion from my uterus to my abdominal wall from a c-section 3 years ago. Should I continue the castor oil packs and massage?

If the pain is uncomfortable or painful then you may want to space out the sessions to every other day and use lighter pressure. If it feels like a soreness similar to when you start exercising and your muscles are sore then that is normal. As the fascia releases you may feel a soreness from tissues moving that has never moved before.

The area feels uncomfortable enough (though not terribly painful) that I may continue the castor oil without heat and try lighter pressure. i just kinda wanted to post kinda on this topic - i did just what i saw in the sneak peak of the massage dvd ( i have been spotting but no eral period this cycle)
and about 30 minutes i had mucus pass just a little but still and then about 50 minutes later i had a medium amount of blood and clots pass ! im excited even though thats not really the average persons good news it makes me hopefull becauase i feel as if it really works and im going to purchase this dvd ! after the massage also i had a bowel movement and thats awsome for me too because i suffer from cronic constipation and yes i too had pain on my left side but it passes and kinda fades after a hour i guess also my left side (at my last ultrasound) is the ovary with the cyst

im so excited i know these things seam small but they are very big leaps to me
