I am not sure which cleanse to do and if I need to do both. Can someone help me please. I have not had a period so I am not sure which and when to start. Thank you for your time I appreciate it!

Hi jellycole7, if you're referring to the PCOS kit, then I'm sure Hethir and Dalene would suggest doing the fertility cleanse first, and then beginning the PCOS kit. The Fertility Cleanse is a cleanse which rids toxins and helps the liver do it's job. It also focuses on the reproductive system. Whereas the PCOS kit is a remedy kit focusing on balancing out your pcos. They suggest you don't take anything else while doing the cleanse, so taking both together is a no-no. Also, since you don't have a period, you would start the cleasne on whatever day you choose. That's just from the info I've gathered on this site...I'm not herbalist or anything .

BTW- I also have pcos...today in my last day on the cleanse. My mense is also wacky and unpredictable. I'm just going to start my other herbs tomorrow, God willing, if AF doesn't come. Hope this helps.

so would you continue to take the pcos kit every month or just the month following the cleanse
