I began the fertility cleanse in March and finished both phases at the end of the month. After a month of being off of the cleanse, I ovulated and my period started on its own as of today!
I was relieved after having a history of skipped periods, like one would come on every two or three months before and then I would have to take Provera every month to make one come on before I began the cleanse. I also incorporated the Fertility Smoothies along with the cleanse and I have felt much better. So I do believe that God was also in the midst of it and I also believe that Hethir's and Dalene's guidance have helped me. I thank you. Soon I believe in my heart that my husband and I will be able to conceive our precious little one sometime this year. We as women should definitely take time to get to know our minds and bodies better and give them some TLC.
