    How do I place an order online?

    Ordering is safe and easy! Simply select your items, add them to your shopping cart and click “check out” for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear to the right of the checkout screen.

    Can I place orders by phone?

    We accept phone orders toll-free at 1-800-851-7957. Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM PST to answer your questions. We’d love to talk to you!

    Can you put a “rush” on my order?

    If you would like to upgrade your shipping to priority or express mail, please email customer service or call 1-800-851-7957.

    What are my payment options?

    Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal. If you’d like to pay by check, your order must be placed by phone. After your order is placed, please send your check to:

    Can I pay with a money order?

    Yes we accept money orders. To place an order using a money order please email us your order at customerservice@natural-fertility-info.com. We will email you your order total including shipping.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (7.25%)

    Do you have a minimum order requirement?

    No, there are no minimum order requirements.

    Order Tracking and Updates

    How much is shipping?

    We offer a flat rate shipping cost of US $5.99 and International $13.50 no matter the size of your order. Shipping is added to your order at checkout.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    -Track from the USPS website with your USPS tracking number, which we will email you when your order has shipped from our location.
    -If your order is shipped internationally, please email us to help with your tracking.

    Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

    Two emails will be sent to you after you place your order.
    Your purchase receipt and an email that notifies you when your order has shipped. This email will contain your order tracking number.

    How do I make changes or cancel my order?

    You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer-care representative as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.

    Return Guarantee and Exchanges

    What is your return and exchange policy?

    We pride ourselves on carrying the best and most effective natural fertility products, and we hope that you are pleased with your order. If, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer-care consultants at 1-800-851-7957 for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of your order. We do not take back any opened products for health and safety reasons.

    How long before I receive my refund?

    All refunds are processed upon inspection of the items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three-to-five business days.

    Can I Return Products I Have Opened?

    Due to health codes we can not offer refunds on opened or used products.

    When does my order ship?

    Each order is processed within 2-3 business days.

    Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

    Yes we do. We ship USPS.

    Do you ship to Canada?

    Yes we ship to Canada. Please note that customs taxes and duties are recipient’s responsibility.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we ship internationally. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid delayed delivery of your order.

      Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:
      All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

      International Addresses:
      NOTE: We ship to both physical and P.O. boxes internationally.

      International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:

      All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Our prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

      International Returns or Packages Refused:
      If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package. If the USPS return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, Natural Fertility Info.com will instruct USPS to abandon the order, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

      Your Country’s Custom and Import Policies:
      Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you’re importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.

      Additionally, when ordering from Natural Fertility Info.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

      Any fees charged to Natural Fertility Info.com due to non-compliance with your country’s laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

    How is shipping calculated?

    Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of the products you selected and the shipping destination.

    What are your shipping options?

    We work with USPS and offer first class mail, priority, and express. Please keep in mind that any shipping option other than first class shipping incurs a premium shipping fee.
