Hi,

First of all: thank you SO much for your wonderful site! I can’t believe I haven’t seen it earlier, but now I check in every day just to see if you have posted anything new. It’s truly wonderful.

So, to my question:

Which herbs do you recommend while going through an IVF cycle? I just started my medications today, and this is my first IVF so I really have no clue.

Keep up the good work!

My answer :

Thank you so much for your kind words.

Hi. Remember me? :)

Just giving you an update. As you know, I had to cancel the IVF a few days after I posted this, because… Tadaaaaa! :)

My beautiful baby girl was born October 30th, 2007. And she weighed 11.6 pounds at birth and is impressingly strong too, so I must have been doing something right. ;)

Once again:
Thank you, thank you, thank you! :D

I was looking for information on Vitex. Will taking two capsules (400 mg each) of Nature’s Way Vitex a day negate my oral contraceptive, yasmine? THis is so important for me to know. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
thank you !

Hi Lindsay,

Do not take Vitex while on Yasmine or any fertility medications. We do not recommend taking herbs for fertility while on any type of medications for fertility, that includes all kinds of birth control.

All The Best,

Dalene
